Clinic and Facilities

The University of Connecticut is already well equipped with some of the world's most advanced clinical amenities. Even so, the clinic is undergoing renovations to further enhance its utility for the 21st century orthodontist. The clinic boasts a private orthodontic laboratory, a conference room, a computer room with scanning facilities, and patient restrooms/brushing stations.

Although storage for models is more than abundant, the transition to electronically stored orthodontic models has been in use for many years in the Division of Orthodontics. There are more than 17 chairs, and each resident has their own dental station to use at their discretion.

We currently have three full time dental assistants, who are always more than willing to assist and keep the clinic well stocked, and a wonderful front desk person, who makes patient scheduling a breeze.
